SCOPE OF SERVICES
Project Management: controlling, planning and co-ordinating the building process; establishing the client's brief; advising on design team selection; contract procurement and procedures; problem solving and liaison with the client and design and construction teams.
Quantity Surveying: Feasibility studies; estimating; cost management; advice on tendering and contractual arrangements; preparation of tender documents; valuations and settlement of final accounts; preparation of cost plans and bills of quantities including a technical audit of the design information for accuracy and completeness.
Employer's Agent: Establishing the Employer's Requirements under design and build contracts; preparing tender documentation; ensuring contractor's proposals comply with the Employer's Requirements and administering the contract to completion.
Building Surveying: Structural and condition surveys; practical advice on modernisation, alterations and extension works; property maintenance and investment appraisals.
Insurance Valuations: Preparation of valuations for insurance purposes in case of loss due to fire or other insured causes.
Expert Witness: Advising on quantum and related matters in cases of dispute; preparing expert report and giving expert evidence at a formal hearing.
